privacy
Privacy statement.
Renforza processes personal data carefully and never more than needed. This statement explains what data we process when you get in touch or leave your CV, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.
Last updated: 16 July 2026
Who's responsible?
Renforza is responsible for processing your personal data as described in this statement. For any privacy question, reach us at tmh@renforza.com.
Renforza is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42088924, VAT number NL005486429B62, based in Amsterdam and operating from Amsterdam and Krak贸w.
What data do we process?
Depending on whether you only get in touch or also leave your CV, this covers:
- Your name, email address, and (if you provide it) your phone number.
- The content of your message.
- Your CV and the data it contains: work experience, education, skills, and any other information you choose to include in it.
- Basic technical data needed to keep the form working securely (such as a temporary record of your IP address to prevent abuse).
What do we use your data for, and on what legal basis?
We use your data to respond to your message and, if you leave your CV, to help match you with suitable work. We don't use it for anything else.
The legal basis for processing your CV is your consent, which you give when you send it and can withdraw at any time. For regular contact requests, the basis is handling your question and our legitimate interest in giving you a proper reply.
How long do we keep your data?
Based on your consent, we keep your CV and the related data for a maximum of twelve months, after which we delete it. You can always ask us to delete your data sooner.
Contact messages without a CV are kept no longer than needed to handle your question.
Who do we share your data with?
We never share your CV with a prospective employer without your explicit consent for that specific role.
Right now, your message and your CV come in through our email environment. Your CV isn't stored on our website or in any publicly accessible place.
We're working on an expansion that uses AI to structure a CV and place it in a candidate system (CRM). That processing isn't in use yet. As soon as we deploy it, we'll update this statement and put a data processing agreement in place with every service provider involved (automation service, AI vendor, CRM). For AI processing, we'll pick a vendor that doesn't use API data to train models and that offers a data processing agreement.
Is your data processed outside the EU?
Right now, your CV stays within our email environment. If we later use services that process data outside the European Economic Area, we'll only do so with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How do we secure your data?
Your CV isn't stored in any public place. It comes in only as an attachment in our secured email environment, and access is limited to Renforza. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict the processing, object to it, and have your data transferred. If you've given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To make a request, email tmh@renforza.com. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies and statistics
The site uses no tracking cookies and no US-based trackers. If we add statistics later, we'll choose a privacy-friendly, cookieless option that processes no personal data traceable to you.
Changes
We may update this privacy statement, for example if our way of working changes. The top of this page shows when the statement was last updated.
